Star Wars ships vs. Star Trek ships comparison

^ Exactly. Any Star Destroyer task force could level the Borg fleet. Also, the Yuuzahan Vong (possible typo there, but somebody will get what I'm saying if they've read any books featuring them...) would look at the Borg, say "that's cute" and have their worldship literally eat the Borg.

OK, let's remember that Star Trek was around way before Star Wars, also the Borg are like locust, they are relentless, adaptable and resistance is futile. In the end they will be assimilated.

Ahh, so you don't know what the Vong are: they are a relentless, technology-hating race that uses biomatter to create living ships. The Borg could not adapt to their weapons, as they create miniature black holes to tear apart ships and eat asteroids to shoot flaming rocks at other ships. Therefore, the Borg lose.

The Undine (Species 8472) use living Ships as well. Yet the Borg were able to keep the Undine ultimately at bay and in STO they even assimilated some Undine. So your argument is invalid, especially since the Vong are not all powerful and can be beaten.

Actually the vong were never beaten, they realized their ways of conquest and love of pain were anamilistic and their LIVING FORCE CONSCIENCE PLANET took them back. Also, vong armor is nearly impossible to break, is resistant to plasma, energy weapons short of a starship cannon, and kills anyone attempting to wear it. Also vong ships consume metal, and the Borg are flesh and metal. Many vong have helmets that cover their face, the Borg couldn't assimilate them. Also, once again, death star

Borg assimilate a Jedi. Borgi-wan Killobi then rolls over everything like a fat man at a buffet

And then you have the Force... which actually provides you with the ability to rip apart technology (mechu deru/mechu macture). Besides that, the Vong ships could literally eat the Borg with no harmful consequences.

Also, another thing: the SW universe has a Borg-like hive mind threat, the Killiks. These guys are basically organic Borg. They assimilate other species, insectoid or otherwise, into their hive. They managed to multiply and take over most of the outer galaxy.
