I absolutely love the Bat'leth, particularly the energy beam one. They work beautifully against everything except the Borg, as they adapt to the beam.

So far my favorite has been the Tegolar sword, I just recently got the Crystalline sword though, so we'll see.

Well, my Fed toon doesn't do much in the way of hand to hand, but I do have that nanopulse bat'leth for vanity purposes (green for Omega, of course)...

My KDF kittie, on the other hand, likes to get up close and personal with his Sword of Kahless, which will be retired for the crystalline sword once that tholian rep gets up a bit more.

Hmm... I'd have to say I love the look of the Bat'leth, It has solid attack moves and I swear it has solid combat stance as a melee weapon, But Man... I love the look of the Nausiccan Teglor Sword. I really wish that STO had some old Earth swords, I'd love to see some of them in-game along with other melee weapons we have seen in the show'leth Bat'letat'let

Like one of the Nukara Ground Sets, the Crystalline Sword originated in the Lobi Store. That changed with the introduction of the Nukara Strikeforce reputation.
