I would suggest crafting stuff you may want now or ever want in the game prior to F2P. The current dilitium cost for crafting high end game is just stupid. Almost makes crafting not worth it anymore.

So what is everyone going to do with their Emblems and other items? I was just reading about what the conversions are and the cost of new items to craft and purchase and it seems that the prudent thing to do would be to spend the stuff now instead of waiting for the F2P. Was wondering if that is what everyone here is planning on doing?

Thanks

on Free to play I see they have changed the skill's chart.

Zupancic, I'm not spending all my stuff. It will be converted to Dilithium when F2P reaches Holodeck and I would rather have a load of Dilithium then a load of useless items.

samueldavidson, Yup, its only the first revamp though. Check out the latest F2P blog (#18). It talks all about the changes to the skill tree.

foundry change comming

I was going to starbase UGC for tutorial, when I seen this posting.

there’s a Foundry update coming to Tribble. Sure, the UI doesn’t actually work properly yet, and it’s all tied in to Dilithium.

Rehpic:
We are doing just that. We have added the ability to buy more UGC project slots for Dilithium. The prices are 2 slots for 7000 Dilithium or 4 slots for 10000 Dilithium. You can buy up to 40 additional UGC project slots. Gold players start with 8 slots, just like existing subscribers, and silver players start with no slots.

The UI is in the build that is currently on Tribble, but it is hooked up wrong and will take your Dilithium without providing any new slot, so don’t use it to buy any slots yet. I believe the next build going to Tribble should have that fixed.

I saw that as well. I'm glad they are adding the ability to buy more slots, but I don't like that it is tied to Dilithium. However, I guess as a subscriber who will be getting 400 C-Points monthly, I could always trade them for Dilithium if necessary.

By the way, your link is broken.

I thought that the F2P wasn't going to be released until the 17th...? Have they released it early?

Do we have a vent or teamspeak for the fleet? And if so may I get the data?

At the time that I made that post I was talking about the release of F2P on Tribble, when Cryptic was testing it and all the features.

The game has a built in voice chat system that we can use.
