I'm thinking, 2xDHC, 1xTorpedo, and 1xDBB fore, along with turrets+cutting beam aft.
Doffs: 2xSystem Engineer (more subsystem knockdown with viral matrix), 1xTractor Beam (drains shields with tractor), 2xDamage Control (cooldown reduction on EptS).
Weapons type is up in the air, but probably Phaser or Disruptor. Plan is to swoop in, hammer down a shield facing, tractor beam, viral matrix, subnuc if required, and slam out a High Yield and a Beam Overload.
Not sure about the consoles. Probably some Phaser relays.
