"Random" missions?

Hello all,
Is there any "random" mission generator still in-game along the lines of the old patrol missions (that you could do in Delta Voltanis Cluster etc. early on)?  Realized those were removed but don't know what's in the game to replace them?  Were a good source of cash, xp, equipment etc. back in my earlier STO days.

Thanks to Spam, just saw your message. Patrol missions are still available in a couple of systems, mainly in the Delta Quadrant, and some of the systems near New Romulus. 

Best way of earning Marks / Credits these days is Random TFOs and Tour the Galaxy. Hope that helps!
