In Search Of the Unicorn build Durgath_Temporal_Heavy_Dreadnought_Battlecruiser

I've searched the forums and Wiki, I've asked in game (when I see one of these Unicorns). Is it a worthwhile ship to build for an end game build? What is it best suited for? Engineering build? Science Build? Does anyone have one that works well? How is it laid out? I know it is massive in size, turns like the titanic. That much I've gleaned, is there a better ship that comes out of that box? I'm KDF so my choices are set. So let me hear from the group, I'm excited to see where your knowledge and direction lead this build.
