Can any one inform me as to which c-store ship gives you access to the quad cannons? I believe it is one of the tactical escorts.

They are also on the KDF T3 Ning'tao Bird of Prey, and the RRF T4 Ar'Kala Tactical Warbird.

From what I remember when I was interested in chasing dps and what it could do for me (2017), quads had the punch of DHCs but the refresh rate of Duals... or was that the punch of two duals and the refresh of DHCs...hmm can't remember that part... I also seem to recall a discussion on either reddit or youtube to test in depth how they compared but they didn't really provide an advantage over a typical dhc or dc build... Have no idea if any of those stats have changed since then but would be interested to know...
