I have to admit, the walkthroughs are very good, especially for getting an idea of how to run the STFs effectively. It's quite funny when we get a full fleet group running back to back STFs and just nailing it each time - very satisfying!

By the way, I was looking for something else entirely the other day and discovered a discussion of how many BOFF slots you can buy if you have a ton of Zen. Whether you are a Silver player with six BOFF slots or a Gold member with ten, you can buy more at 250 Zen per two slots until you reach the maximum of 56 BOFFs. That's 11,500 Zen for a Gold Player or 12,500 Zen for a Silver player. If you have multiple characters, you have to spend all that Zen for each character whose BOFF slots you want to imcrease. Even with the 15% bonus sale and the special discounts for quantity purchases, it would cost me almost a thousand dollars worth of Zen to fill the rosters of my ten Fed toons. Then, I would have the problem of finding 560 sets of personal shields, body armor, weapons and ground devices. I think I'll stick to my current level of twelve slots per character.

I can't imagine what anyone would do with 56 BOFF slots. Even if you had a build for a Science ship, Cruiser and Escort, you'd still need at most 15 BOFF's, at 5 per build. You might need 2 different setups for ground, but that would be 8 total, less then the 12 you get as gold.
