Captain Test Retake

So hi everyone, last year I took a break from STO and got removed from the fleet as I should have. Now I have rejoined and need to take the captain's test again. However it will not let me as it says I have already passed but the admirals have no record of it, so is there anyway for me to retake it?

Looks like the handle associated with your account is @c23129656. I don't see that in our roster. Do you have a new handle in the game?

Ok I see what happened i must have typed my handle in wrong the first time i took the test, it's actually c2129656. |
