Miracle worker crafting.

Does any one know about crafting the "Specialization Qualification-Miracle Worker"? It requires several manuals and a PADD to complete. The manuals are all LV 1&2 but my toon can only craft LV 3 MW manuals. Are these going to work for this and if not, where do I get the lower level manuals?

You get the necessary Training Manuals from any BOFF Trainer (f.e. at ESD, Qo'noS: First City, New Romulus Command, the Fleet Starbase, etc.). They cost up to 10k EC. Buying the Training Manuals from the BOFF Trainer is cheaper than getting it from the Exchange.

DUH! Why didn't I think to check there. It's been forever since I've gotten a manual that way. I know I can always count on you when I have a brain fart. Thanks TP.

Don't worry about that. People rather want the Level III Training Manuals, so it is super easy to forget about the BOFF Trainers.

Well, I got all the manuals and did the training but the submission page for Chief Instructor doesn't list Miracle Worker in the drop down. Guess I can't use that one.
