"United Development Award Second Class" progress tracked correctly?

Hi,

I noticed that I havent't completed the "United Development Award Second Class" commendation.
It says, I must have earned 5 million Fleet credits across all my STOA characters, but only have earned 3,175,235 Fleet credits. This is a bit odd, because I have earned 10x that on P'[email protected]_stoa just in the Legion alone (currently 32,853,032 Fleet Credits).

So apparently something is off here.

I guess I am seeing the same issue. I don't have that many Fleet Credits, but I know I have over 5.5million now, not including lifetime Fleet Credits (I have used the fleet credits into getting the Space, Ground, Active rep 5th slot for all my toons and well as 2 additional ships using the credits for each one of my toons totaling something like 1 million more Fleet Credits Each)

Did Some more digging this is my Current Lifetime FC
Toon: Current FC: Lifetime FC
Toby: 1,975,395: 4,178,995
Aila: 1,893,462: 2,999,662
Nathan: 1,150,473: 2,291,273
HoSghaj: 492,855: 1,983,255
Totals 5,512185: 11,453,185

Granted that i did get some of the FC by contributing to the the Gamma Fleets.

Going over some of the Achievements, I guess i would would qualify for Empire Apex Achievement STO Academy Award for Altruism
United Development Award Second Class and STO Academy Platinum Citation of Enrichment (but this is retired now)

Also I dont see a location to submit.

PS. I sort of wish there was a Rank 4.5/Commodore Special Ops Rank on the Fleet Bank that has the withdraw limits doubled.

Anyone who was having an issue please check again. Looks like the scripts to update the commendations wasn't running. I'm still looking into why, but I ran them manually and it seems to have fixed the issue.

My list shows it as completed now. Btw, do I get four Gold Stars on the Ribbons, if I completed all ten Fleet Development Commendations? Or is it maxed out at three Gold Stars? Just curious. Could have sworn I had four Gold Stars on it at one point.
