I know this is an older thread, but I have been trying to update my signature and having issues again. I have cleared my cache multiple times and still cannot see or update my signature. It is one I've created using the tool on the armada site. Is it showing and if so, what does it contain?

It's there. Has our logos on the left and right, your name in the middle with the rank. Under it says Captain, STO Academy Omega. For your ship it says Captain of the U.S.S. Electra Glide-C. No background image on it.

Yep. That's an old one. I see the same thing. Wonder why it will not change. I have tried several times over the last few weeks and cleared my cache multiple times. It keeps defaulting to that signature.

Try it now. I changed a server setting that might have been causing the issue.

Seems to be caused by server cache. I'll get out a fix as soon as I get a chance, most likely by the end of the month.
