I need a Engineer Crew skill set-up.

Lets face it sometimes our Guilds aren't always there...with that in mind...what would be a good Advance Heavy Cruiser Retrofit (USS-Excelsior) Rear Admiral Upper-Half Crew Skills Set-Up?
Could you please link a skill sheet for me...I will rank it for others as well.

Here's the setup I use for my tank build.

The only this about the planner is that it doesn't allow for the fact that I swap my Ensign and Commander engi boffs as per the situation. They are set up indentically except for the Cmdr skill. One has Extend Shields 3, the other has Directed Energy Modulation 3.
