Problem with an Episode

I am having trouble with this episode. on the map the circle I am directed to I go towards. when I reach that area nothing happens. I tried many times with same result. any idea's?

Actually that's an old mission that I made. I got rid of it though. This post is old too, I'm surprised I never replied to it, whoops.
