EC Donations...?

I was wondering if there was some sort of system in play that calculates the total number of energy credits donated to the fleet by each member?, (and if there can be a way to propose adding this to the list of commendations for some sort of achievement involving the donation of EC's to individual fleets and the Armada)....also is there a way to start a "EC bank account" for each fleet to use for the use of fleet starbase improvements, fleet vessels, and special projects/special events?

There's no easy way to track EC, plus we're not looking to add anymore commendations right now.

You can already deposit EC in the fleet bank, we just don't allow anyone to withdraw because we cannot limit its use to fleet contributions only.

You can only donate to the fleet, not the Armada as a whole. However, each STO Academy fleet shares resources, so donating to one is equivalent of donating to all.
