Hi all im new to this and am trying to get my hands on some delicious fleet consoles but i do not have  permission to buy them.
Of course i understand theres certain contributions i have to make before im granted permission! of course ill be more than happy to contribute but im not sure what im supposed to do!
 any help will be appreciated!

If you are refering to the conditions within the STO Academy (which I assume based on your Forum title), then you got it all wrong.

I recommend to check out our Armada website to which you should have been directed in your welcome message.

As noted on the Ranks page here http://armada.stoacademy.com/ranks once you make it out of your probationary period you're able to buy, no minimum contributions are required. As long as you pass the Captain's Test linked on that page and you've been in the fleet for 14 days you are eligible to get promoted to Captain where you can purchase goods.

first of all, thanks for your reply! Smile
i'm a little confused. the in-game requisites dictates that i should be at least a fleet commander before i am granted access. 

so.. which is which?

Where are you seeing that you need to be a fleet commander? Our fleet's rules allow any members who have achieved a fleet rank of Captain or higher to access the fleet stores.
