Commendation application system

Hey, I tried submitting commendations via http://armada.stoacademy.com/commendations/apply
It did not indicate whether the screenshot upload was successful or not. Just in case i have the screenshots here:

There are 3 images because I missed on person for the X.. got him afterwards with proof of previous chat and also i am dummy and didnt read the screenshot requirements. I have another screenshot that shows the date of the chat

Thanks. Just a heads up, read the instructions on the Commendation page. There's a better way to get the list of team members so you don't have to do the "X" thing.
