Commendation Achievement System

Hi Attilio,

Thanks a lot for making the new Commendations upload system, its fantastic, but their are a couple of small things to note. 

1) Some ques have the option to be set as elite difficulty when it isn't available, e.g. KSA and ISA 

2) Some ques that commendations don't qualify for are available to be selected, e.g. Starbase 24

3) For the nomination commendations, e.g Jonathan Archer and Christopher Pike, there isn't anywhere to write the reason for the nomination, nor a place to put the appropriate @handel.

1) that's not a problem

2) they do qualify

3) put the handle in the handle field, just replace your handle with the person's. If you feel you need to include a reason just PM it to an Admiral
