OK 1st off. you want to make sure to place your forums posts in the correct forum. This should probably be in:
Share and Review Builds forum.

Now I only fly a few 4/4 ships. What I do is I run no torps or omni's I just use Beam arrays. I also run Aux2bat boff set up on them. Aux2bat

I am sure there are some that can give you alot more info on wep types but i dont becuase you should run the wep types you like. However, you should work on getting them to mk xiv at least. This will help out alot in the episodes your running now.

One of my personal faves is the Kinetic Cutting Beam and Assimilated Console from Omega rep. Straight kinetic beatdown and once leveled up is also one STRONG weapon (tossing dmg close double my epic AP arrays).

I agree with Dude, I would also add a zero point energy console (Romulan reputation).
There are also many other changes that you want to do to your build.
First, try to get CrtD weapons, [crtd]x3 [pen] it's the best, but you can find affordable weapons that have [crtd]x2 [pen] and another trait (for the other trait dmg>crth>acc>over>snare).
You really need embassy console Vulnerability locators +AP. Get them asap.
I would change also the set. If you can get the iconian set it would be good, there is a problem though, you need also to check your power transfer rate. For this you can find a warp core from the Spire with +66% power transfer or the Cryoplasma-Infused Warp Core (this should be +100%). Another option is to add a conductive rcs accelerator +EPS, but consider that this console cost MILLIONS at the exchange. The other way to get it is to craft it and upgrade it. Unfortunately the chance to get +EPS are low, but maybe it's worth the effort.
For the BO abilities I would follow the suggestion of kenthend, try to use an Aux2bat setup, it's a solid build, not the top as DPS but good.
Ability for the BO would be:
tactical: TT1, BFAW1, AB1,
eng: ET1, EPTS1, 2xAUX2BAT 1, EPTW3, DEM2, RSP3.
Science: TSS1, HE2

if you have any question for this or if there is something unclear (like the abbreviation!) feel free to ask me again here on in private.
Of course this is not the best build possible, I know that there is plenty of people out there that do 200k dps. On the other side I do around 70k dps with my eng and I don't have many fancy doff or expensive things.
I'm not a native English speaker. I make mistakes when I write in this language.

Gotta disagree a tiny little bit. Currently it's more efficient to get the Terran Task Force Disruptor Beam Array (TTDA from Terran Reputation) and run it with the Advanced Radiant Antiproton Beam Array (ARAP from the Iconian Reputation) next to your other AP Beams. I agree, that you need Vulnerabilty Locator Consoles from a Fleet Spire, but get some with +Beam instead of +AP, if you decide to go with a TTDA. It seems to a smaller boost in theory, on the practical side however you gain.

I also recommend to fill in your Traits, your Skills and the Specialisations you use.

I realize that the current meta is for the TTDA and +Beam consoles, but in the long term and the possibility of upcoming nerfs due to the skill power creep, the traditional AP for me would still be the way to go. For example Im still sticking with my DMGx3 PEN Epics for the long run.
