Secondary Deflectors need 4 modifiers plus an EPIC Modifier

Hi Boss,

I'm sorry to tell you, but the Secondary Deflectors need four modifiers plus an EPIC modifier. Also the [+Chance] modifier is missing.

My crafted Inhibiting Secondary Deflector is now epic MK XIV and had

• [+Chance][FlwC][PrtG] from the start at very rare Mk II
  
• [ShdS] added at becoming ultra-rare
  
• [PG/SE] added as epic modifier
