Well 20% Recharge Speed for all Non-Weapon Abilities and 10% Recharge Speed for all Tactical Bridge  Officer Abilities looks nice but is it actually working? Anybody have any experience? It is quite a lot resources. Thank you

Well, I guess if you man your Ship with only Krenim BOFFs, it may have some advantage. However, I think people prefer their Romulan BOFFs with Superior Romulan Operative traits.
