the scimitar is currently 3000 zen or you can get the 3 ship bundle 6000 zen. And the Tal-Shiar Adapted Destroyer is currently 800 or 900 lobi. Which means opening a lot of lockboxes for it. Which would mean either zen or ec for the keys. To get that much lobi, when it gives between 4 and 6, you would have to open about 175 boxes to get enough. Cheaper to convert dil to zen and get the scimitar. Or you could buy it off the exchange for about 100 mil ec.
