NX Enterprise starter ship PVP - Wednesday Nov 4th

Too different to be balanced? I think the T1 Ships, then you can get for ZEN are pretty balanced. Let's open that for all T1 Ships.

I'm sold, but then we need to find a balancing for cloaking.  
   I assume an alpha strike attack bonus from coming out of cloak will easily take out a starter ship.....

Then we just don't cloak.
