What do we use for fleet communications?

I dont mean to create divisions, English is not my main language, I meant our fleet is called STO Academy so why not to have a section specifically designed to improve the new recruits, you could even have new titles for the officers who would take care of that section, fleet accolades, medals etc for those who would be the trainers etc. Could be a way to expand our fleet.

This is under the designation of all officers. This method has been tried before and is not conducive to the framework of the fleet. The fleet is for everyone to help eachother.
I know you arent trying to creative divisions, that wasn't implied (and don't worry about the language barrier, your English is very good!)

I tried to explain this earlier, but echoing what James said, its everyone's job to help out each other. Thats what we do here in the forums, and in game on the chat channel. Therefore, there really isn't a need for a special section for helping out new players, when everyone should be helping out.

If you don't feel as if you're questions are getting answered adequately in game, then you always can mail one of us in game (@aaaict) or even attilio (@attilio_stoa) is always available to help you.

Thanks for all the information. It is real nice to see a fleet where all the officers are responding to the need to help new arrivals.
