Pls help with my sci- torpedo build

Empty aft slot was going to go to the new chroniton beam array because of its shield stripping.  

Was planning on running 3 purple torpedo doffs, a blue tac team doff, a deflector officer to reduce CD, and a grav well doff.

Can use some feedback.

- What is the best Lt Tac ability to use for my torpedoes?  

- Does my skill point allocation make sense?

I don;t know a ton about torp boats but based of what I've learned from listening to Oden Knight I'd go with something like this.

Thanks for the reply.  I am seeing that a lot of ships don't have many heals.  Seems surprising to me?

With the 2 part Inonian set you 4 shield heals with no shared cd and in all but the most extreme circumstances hazard emitters will be enough as long as you keep your shields up.  If you have trouble switch ep2s for engineering team.  The only reason I have as many hull heals as I do on my battlecrusier is I got to the point that engineering team was all I had left to put in the ensign slots.
