Is the game count your play days on a free player?

STO don't seams to count my days.It stay on 16 hours even though I played this game for over a year.Maybe beacons I'm a free player?

Nah, that has something to do with ARC, I suppose. If you really want to know how long you have played, enter /played in chat and you get a system message telling you how long you played with your current character.
