Destabilizing Resonance Beam bug

Hi guys   I don't post here so much, but i use your skillplanner tool every day   Anyway, found a bug regarding the new sci skill "Destabilizing Resonance Beam". On the skill planner it starts at Ensign, but in the game it starts at Lieutenant. It would be nice to see a fix   Cya on STO
