Sci and engy consoles need cross pollination of mods
Due to crafting, science field exciter consoles can gain an extra engineering mod when it's goes up in rarity (eg, [Aux], [Kin] etc), same goes with the new craftable RCS modules and sci mods.
As odd as it may be, I think you need to merge both engy and sci console modifier lists to cater for these possibilities.
