Ships in list won't load most of the time

Cleared my cache again and it seems to be working just fine now. Thank you.

Side note, smilies don't seem to be working when clicking them to the left of the message box here. It just posts text instead of the smilie. It seems to work if I type using other methods such as ': P' without the space
