STO have actually referenced towards this several times. I know we all have opinions on it, but this is their explanation and all we will continue to get until the problems are fixed.

Oh yes i have read it. Is why I said i hoped they figured out a solution to the problem soon since they know the problem just have to figure out why its doing it. Very useful that they put that out there though.
