Tuffli Class Freighter not showing for Romulan-KDF

Hi,

the Tuffli is not listed for the Romulans (neither Fed nor KDF) in the Lieutenant Tier. Only Ships listed there are:

B'rel Bird-of-Prey
Suliban Cell Ship
T'Liss Light Warbird
T'Varo Light Warbird
