Good advice. The nerfed rates are beginning to really bug me. Khitomer drops the shield right? I can never remember. The way things have been lately, I'm lucky to get a salvage, much less tech. I have not found the emitter that you speak of. Unless your talking about a shield emitter amplifier and I think that only increases the shield repair from batteries and Boff skills. Unless that is the one, and I'm missing it's usefulness. I dropped the cloaking device and the torp from the front. I've got all cannons up front now. I'll have to pick a better spot to put evasive maneuvers in to keep my front toward the enemy. Especially with Spheres who use their epte3 a lot.
