Fleet Ships?
#1
Questions on fleet ships:

1) Can fleet modules be obtained in any other way other than purchase for zen or EC on the exchange?

2) Do you need a ship token (space) for your fleet ship like any other ship, and if you do, can you delete a lower level ship to make room for that slot?

Thanks.

1) I guess someone could give you one but otherwise no.

2) You need a space for your ship for any ship you obtain whether it is a fleet ship, lock box ship, or one you buy off the C-Store. Yes you can delete lower level ships to free up their slots, make sure you pull anything you want to save off them first though as it will destroy the equipment when you delete them.

Thanks. So, effectively all the fleet ships are 2000 zen (plus the other requirements), because they all seem to require 4 ship modules.

If you already have the Retrofit version of a Ship, that is also available as a Fleet Ship, then the Upgrade cost "only" one Fleet Ship Module.

Effectively yes. However, if you own the earlier C-store versions of a ship, then the cost goes down to just 1 fleet module. I own both of the C-store Adv Heavy Cruiser (Excelsior) hulls so my fleet version was significantly discounted.

Ya my screen sat for a bit as I was walking someone through a robot repair. Came back when I was done, finished the post and oh look! TP struck again! Wink

The info about fleet modules link says that the cost is only one fleet module if you already own the regular version. I already own the K'tinga, but it still says 4 modules for the fleet version?

Actually the Info says "T5 C-Store version", which means Vice Admiral / Lt. General Ships. The K'T'Inga is unfortunately only T3.
