missing console in skill planner

I don't doubt that. I simply remembered seeing that console in the skill planner before, so I checked and provided additional info for Attilio to narrow the search for the cause.

Thank you! I know it's a lot of work trying to keep the skill planner up-to-date with all the new ships, items, etc.  Perhaps the Admiralty would be willing to let some of us underlings help keep it in order? Delegation is the key to successful leadership
