commendation ribbon issue

Does the ribbon bar update itself (would seem to be it would not since it's a saved image) or do we need to go re-create the ribbon? IF that is the case I have found an issue... sniff sniff... it calls me "@dudeorama" on the fleet pages instead of "@dudeorama#9768" and tells me I have 0 commendations.

Then again it could be a noob attack and I need a hypo.
