did they break the admiralty system?

I have run through over a dozen ferengi admiralty missions now without seeing the next tour of duty increase mission come up.  Is it just me or did they quash those with the new content?

Still coming up. Sometimes it takes a while, not sure why. Might be some hidden cooldown period, I've never taken the time to figure it out.

From experience, I know that if a Campaign Tier for (FED, KDF, ROM, FER) is running then it will never pop up a second one for that faction until the first one is finished. I once spent a day trying to burn thought something like 30 or 40 Admiralty for the same faction and nothing ever appeared. As for the cool down, I don’t think there is one other then what I mentioned above. I have days where nothing popped up for two days in a row, and then others where it shown up Immediately

I usually see the next one come up after about 10 missions.... seems unnaturally long right now. I will do some more and see how long it's taking.

I've been doing the Rom ones to get upgrades on my toons. On some of them I get it after 5ish, someone 10ish, on one toon I didn't get it at all tonight.

It's totally random. I once burned 30 Pass Tokens until the next ToD one appeared.

That's usually my thing too, just this go around it's taking an unusual (for me at least) number of missions to get the next advancement.
