also, too bad we can't customize the colors and theming of our interiors besides the wall ornaments in the mess hall or captains rooms. let's add or remove some plants, or change the pictures, terrariums, and fish tanks too... to bring it back on topic, I'm sure people would pay to allow these sort of tweaks too just like they will pay for more costumes.

It's fun to look around, and go to the lounge in your particular starship and fiddle with the trophies and such you have accumulated and put them on display.
True. But I don't have that much time online very often. They could make it that any boff etc or queues started from the interior view gives 110% rewards or something

most definitely! i would like to tinker with my ship's interiors more than i would like new costumes. and day and night settings inside the ships might make sightseeing through the windows as the ship moves through space kinda interesting too.

I agree with you there, I'd love to make my own ship interior.
I used to love fiddling with the costumes though - I have more than 30 costume slots for my main lol, all mostly wasted now!

that can be fun as well.... i went through and adjusted all the boff costumes to match my captains, leaving each captain just enough of a distinction to tell he is the captain of course. can you imagine being able to where to put each console on your bridge? Or what kind of displays go where, as well as color and lighting options? That could be a very interesting diversion to mark and dil grinding.

More importantly, it would give an actual purpose to player bridges. Competing to build the build looking bridge and even have competitions etc!

you're onto something there..... especially if you could come up with some kind of contest like that for the fleet flagship
Not really happy with these changes - going to make getting things a lot harder on the exchange for more casual players. On the other hand it might mean that some ships go back on the exchange rather than having to buy them with real cash across websites etc. which is maybe why Cryptic pushed this to stop that black market trade a bit.

there are still plenty of ships on the exchanges if you have an extra half billion or so lying around to buy them. I am afraid that the EC cap increase will just cause more inflation on the exchange. The "bubble" definitely is in need of bursting with those prices. And it's not just ships, weapons and even fighters are expensive as all get out.
