The ones I tend to use, with a similar build is the Iconian Deflector, and the Temporal Impulse Engines, Warp Core and Shields. I'll try to get my build loaded up for you to compare.

In the launcher there are options to select different Gameplay Proxies, you can try using a different proxy and see if that improves matters. Also, limiting what other stuff is using the network whils...

TO be fair we tried a Fleet TFO run with these, it's fine so long as you can keep the rate of fire going as most things die before becoming an issue. However it all went downhill at the boss!
