and when I enter my handle it says: "Sorry, there are no commendations for @jonasum#1471

Nope. Not your fault. Your Commendations are listed.
Boss, if you see this. I believe the bug lies with the hashtag in the handle name. I followed a hunch and the Ribbon Bar Generator gives the same answer for @dudeorama#9768. Both have 5 Commendations each. This is unlikely to be a coincidence.
Agreed, that's probably it, but it shouldn't be. I'll check in a few minutes and reply with my findings.
