This one looks like fun, since the base turn rate is 15 dps compared to it's larger counterpart.
I got the bigger carrier and its turns so slow. Is this a better " buy " ?
Do you mean "bigger" as in the Caitian Atrox? It really depends on what your used to, at the end of the day it is a Science Vessel, with not a lot of Tactical Capability.
