Admirals, there is lack of projects in Militia Starbase!

There is only one project slotted, which is filled, while other two are empty!
Whoever reads this first, come online and slot them so Fleet members can contribute!

Thanks, I've been inadvertently offline for a few days due to IRL problems.

I filled up some contribution projects in the Spire, Embassy, and Mine as well.
