Perfect World gave out a code during today's Twitch stream for the Section 31 Uniform.

The code is case sensitive and has to be redeemed through the Arc Launcher.  It's good till sometime tomorrow, Saturday September 6.

And where do I enter this code to try it?

Found the menu spot for it (thank you Chris), I also cannot get it to work.

They said it would expire on Saturday but didn't give a time so it might have run out already.
