I got a stuff. But I'm in trouble with it. I really do not know how to use it.

Looks like the modified field generator from the temple fleet action. If it is, you cant use it anymore. It'd just be something to discard.

From my experiences it looks like the device needed for the Klingon Mining operation PvE. I'm not sure if that's the same one, but that'd be my guess. And I'd do the suggested and discard it. You'll get another one when you enter the game. I don't know why the just don't take it out of your inventory when you leave
