Hi !
I am kinda new to the game, already go VA with a cruiser , but seems my build is all messed up. I've started a klingon character and looking for a nice ppl to help me with a build for a PvP Tactical Negh'Var cruiser. So , could someone give some advice for a tactical pvp build.

I'm not much of a PvP player but what I can tell you about tactical is that you want to hit hard and do as much damage as possible. So whatever helps you achieve that will be helpful.
