3 things -

1 - does anyone know of a Boff Grinder foundry mission that starts on New Rom?

if no -

2 - is it possible to start a Foundry mission on New Rom atm?

if yes -

3 - If I write one for both Fed and KDF factions, can I have names from people willing to do it for free so that we can then get the dili rewards for it?

2 - yes
3 - if you mean to get it past review status and to let it qualify for the dilithium rewards, then you just got the first name.

In that case I'll knock one for each faction up in the next few days.

My reason is (in case anyone cares) is that my alts are all sat at Qo'nos or ESD, so they can do the boff grinders to get me dili. But if I can do it at New Rom then I can also do the tagging each day, which will mean lots of Rommie marks which can be turned in to dili
