I have completed a number of searches in this FORUM on the following topics, but I am still having a number of questions that I have not found the answers to and they are listed below. I appreciate all answers to the following questions:
Skill Tree
Does the Ship Build and Bridge Officers Build have to be completed for the Skill Tree?
After completing the Captains Skill Tree, does it show any weakness/strengths that you now have?
IF yes, then how do I find this information?
Ship Build
Do I really need to complete this?
What does this build do for me, if I complete it?
Bridge Officer Build
Do I really need to complete this?
What does this build do for me, if I complete it?
In answer to your last two points - no, you don't. But is you are looking for feedback on here for your build, knowing what sort of ship etc helps. If you're stacking points in to energy weapons but you're running a torp boat, then you can get feedback. Without knowing what you are trying to do, it's harder to give feedback. Likewise with boffs - if your build has points in attack patterns but you're an engineer and no boffs have any attack patterns, then people can see that there is an issue.
Without the fullest picture, you won't get the best feedback.

To find all your stats and equipment and whatnot, go on the STO Gateway... Then, you copy those into your build so the rest of us can see
Or just use the build system here directly......
